KARACHI, March 29: Pasban on Thursday condemned the government for allowing the land mafia to encroach upon a green belt in Scheme 33, and demanded that the encroachment be cleared immediately. In a statement, the Pasban leaders said that the land grabbers have constructed a boundary wall and erected gates along a one kilometre long green belt, which has been kept for future planning, probably for road widening or construction of flyovers.—Staff Reporter
