KARACHI, March 28: A division bench of the Sindh High Court comprising Justice Sarmad Jalal Usmani and Justice Ali Sain Dino Metlo on Wednesday issued notice to the chairman of the Pakistan Railways and other respondents to explain their position vis-a-vis a petition on non-payment of grant to the heirs of an employee who was killed in the Haidery mosque bomb blast on May 7, 2004. The bench has fixed April 5 as the date for next hearing.—PPI
