KARACHI: MMA seeks recovery of Hindu boy

KARACHI, March 28: The Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal expressing dissatisfaction over the measures taken by authorities for the recovery of a Hindu boy, who was kidnapped two weeks ago from Kashmore, demanded concrete steps to ensure protection to the life and property of minorities.

MMA Sindh President Asadullah Bhutto said the incident had created a sense of insecurity among minorities. He said the government’s failure to recover the kidnapped boy had created resentment among them.

“Law and order from Karachi to Kashmore has become the worst, but rulers continue claiming that all is well,” he said and urged the government to ensure early recovery of the kidnapped boy.—PPI
