Incentives for textile sector


ISLAMABAD, March 26: Federal Minister for Textile Industry Mushtaq Ali Cheema has said that incentives for the textile industry are under active consideration and a decision will be made in consultation with all stakeholders after a global study has been completed.

He was speaking at the presentation ceremony of the 'Benchmarking study of the textile products' cost in Pakistan, here on Saturday.

Minister for commerce, secretary textile ministry, and deputy chairman Planning Commission were also present in the meeting besides textile stakeholders.
