Award for bank

LAHORE, March 22: Bank of Punjab (BoP) has been adjudged as the Best Managed Banking Company, the winner of the 24th Corporate Excellence Award for Commercial Banking Sector, by the Management Association of Pakistan (MAP). A news release issued on Thursday said the award had been conferred by the MAP with an objective to recognise the listed companies which excel themselves in corporate management. The quality of management practices of the companies in different areas like corporate governance, planning, marketing, personnel, production management, R&D and regard for social responsibilities are appraised by the MAP.
