Driver shot dead

HARIPUR, March 19: Unidentified attackers shot dead a Suzuki driver in the jurisdiction of the City police on Sunday night. Police quoted one Riasat Khan of village Moonan as saying that unknown people called his brother, Malik Zahoor, a Suzuki van driver, on his cellphone on Sunday evening. On Monday morning, the area people found his body dumped in his van parked at a desolate place at Kahl Mirpur road.

According to police, Zahoor was shot with a pistol.
