KARACHI, March 19: The Institute of Bankers Pakistan (IBP) will launch a high value certificate programme in the field of Microfinance before June this year. According to the institute it had organised a focused group deliberation to fine-tune the certification programme. This certification programme developed by the consultants from the European Union would be offered for the existing and potential microfinance professionals throughout the country.

The group was currently consulting all the stakeholders to make the programme relevant and effective. The IBP was conducting a series of training programmes on the subject at all important centres.—APP
