KARACHI, March 17: The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz has strongly condemned the police action on lawyers in Lahore and demanded the immediate resignation of General Pervez Musharraf for targeting the judiciary and the press.

Acting President of Sindh Chapter Salim Zia said in a statement that the entire country was protesting against the unconstitutional acts of General Musharraf.

He said the commando general had emerged as one of the worst dictators the country had ever seen.
