Rs1.8 million robbery at industrialist’s house
SIALKOT, March 16: Five robbers took away gold ornaments, cash, prize bonds, a car and other valuables worth Rs1.8 million from the house of industrialist Shahid Gilani in Shahabpura locality here on Thursday night.
Mr Gilani told police that the intruders held the family members, including women and children, at gunpoint and collected valuables. They escaped with the booty in his car (STU-4460).
Meanwhile, unidentified gunmen drove away the car (LWR-2942) of Hasan Naeem from outside the Mission Hospital on Paris Road.
A motorcycle (GAL-1995) was stolen from Shah Syedaan locality here.
