SHEIKHUPURA, March 15: Two people were killed by stray bullets fired in jubilation on the occasion of a marriage in Dera Rohiwala, some 27 kilometres from here, on Thursday night.
The marriage procession of Pir Muhammad was proceeding towards bride’s house in the same locality. Some of the participants resorted to firing in jubilation and bullets hit Ijaz and Rafiq. They were taken to hospital where they succumbed to their injuries. Bhekhi police are investigating.
