US, Canada sign deal
OTTAWA, March 13: The United States and Canada have signed a new open skies agreement resolving questions about restrictions and allowing the pact to go into effect, officials from the two countries said.
The two countries had initially signed an open skies pact in November 2005 to liberalise air traffic but implementation had been delayed to resolve some issues, notably on air
