MIRPURKHAS, March 11: District Nazim Dr Sughra Junejo opened the 46th flower, fruit and vegetable show at the Cheema House organised by the district government on Sunday.

She said while addressing the opening ceremony that flowers and trees help keep the atmosphere pollution free and advised people to plant flowers and tress in their houses especially in thickly-populated areas.

She later inspected different stalls where fruits and vegetables of different types were put on display.

District Naib Nazim Dr Zafar Ahmed Kamali, DCO Syed Mumtaz Ali Shah, Taluka Nazim Ghulam Dastagir Khan, coordinator Mansoor Cheema, district government officers and office bearers of NGOS were also present on the occasion.
