KARACHI: KESC fails to keep promise


KARACHI, March 10: People experienced power suspensions on Saturday despite assurances given by KESC officials that power supply would remain normal on the Chehlum of Imam Hussain (RA).

A complainant from Islam Chowk, Orangi Town, said the area residents experienced four hour power suspension from 10am to 2pm.

Consumers from Mano Goth, Ibrahim Village, said power supply to the area was suspended at 10am and restored at 10.30am. Besides, complaints of power failure were also received form I.I Chundrigar Road.—A Reporter
