THATTA, March 9: Bandits shot dead Syed Agedino Shah, an employee of forest department, and injured his friends in deep woods near Sujawal town on Thursday. They left a note in Mr Shah’s pocket stating that they had avenged the killing of their companion Ghaffar Abbasi.

Reports reaching here said that three dacoits killed Shah and injured his friends Aijaz Ahmed Manchhari and Mumtaz Otho before leaving them for dead in deep woods.

Police registered a case and took Aijaz Manchhari and Mumtaz Otho in custody for interrogation.
