KARACHI: PPP briefs Korean team

KARACHI, March 5: The Pakistan People’s Party has briefed a delegation of Korean sociologists about the party’s policy in the wake of international political scenario and struggle of former prime minister Benazir Bhutto for spreading peace and harmony in the world.

A delegation comprising Mr Son Kon, Mr Jo and Mr O-Min K of the Korean Institute of Social Scientists called on PPP leaders Taj Hyder and Nargis N.D Khan at the party’s central secretariat the other day.

The delegation was informed that the PPP was the most popular political party and the efforts of its chairperson was recognised at the world level in spreading peace and harmony, as the party believed war was not a solution of social problems.—Staff Reporter
