Lunar eclipse timings


KARACHI, March 2: A total lunar eclipse will occur on the night of March 3 and 4. The eclipse will be visible over countries in Africa, Europe, Central Asian and Middle East countries. The total eclipse will not be visible from Pakistan. However, partial eclipse can be observed throughout the country.

According to the Pakistan Space and Upper Atmosphere Research Commission, the partial eclipse will begin at 02:30 hours PST on March 4; total eclipse at 03:46; the total eclipse will end at 04:58 and the partial eclipse at 06:12 hours.

A partial solar eclipse will occur on March 19. It will be visible from Pakistan at the time of sunrise. The eclipse will begin at 05:39 hours and end at 09:25 hours.
