NEW DELHI, Feb 24: India said on Saturday it would ask Argentina to hand over an Italian businessman wanted in an arms scandal involving a $1.3bn deal.
Ottavio Quattrocchi is wanted in India for allegedly taking bribes to swing the deal in favour of Bofors guns from Sweden, a scandal that implicated India's Gandhi political dynasty, and is in custody in Argentina.
