HYDERABAD, Feb 22: An unidentified bearded mystery man caused scare in the district council premises on Thursday when he scurried away abruptly after asking for seeing District Naib Nazim Zafar Rajput who was in his office with some with members.

It was learnt that a double cabin vehicle left two people in the district council premises. One of them with a strong build and beard went up the upper storey of the building to the convenor’s office.

He told the guard that he wanted to see Mr Rajput. The guard told him to wait but instead of waiting in the room he started strolling in the corridor.

The guard asked him again to wait in the room but he went stealthily downstairs. When he saw the guard approaching him he increased his pace, boarded a rickshaw and fled before the guard could catch hold of him.
