PARIS, Feb 19: French car manufacturers built 5.9 million vehicles in 2006, 2.3 per cent fewer than in 2005, the French automobile association CCFA said on Monday.
The number of cars built fell 2.7 per cent to 5.0 million, with the remaining production being light utility or industrial vehicles.—AFP
