14 hurt in accident

SUKKUR, Feb 17: At least 14 people, including eight children were injured in a road accident near here on Saturday evening.

According to details, a pick-up of devotees was coming from Sehwan to Sukkur. It turned turtle due to over-speeding near Gambat Bypass, as a result of which 14 people received injuries. They were rushed to Taluka Hospital for treatment.

Five seriously injured children Sajid Ali, Sajna, Ali Raza, Zarina and Naheed were shifted to Civil Hospital Sukkur. All the injured belonging to Mirani clan are residents of Sukkur.—PPI
