‘Pakistanis left equipment at team hotel’

JOHANNESBURG, Feb 15: A spokesperson for the Airports Company of South Africa, Solomon Makgale, said the Pakistan cricket team had left their equipment at a Cape Town hotel and it did not disappear en route to Johannesburg as reported in the media.

Makgale was responding to media reports that items of the team's equipment had gone missing. He said an investigation was launched on Wednesday morning and it was established that the players had not checked in the missing equipment at the airport. — Agencies
