Three die in road accidents

HYDERABAD, Feb 15: Three people, including two policemen, were killed and two others injured in two separate accidents on the Super Highway and Indus Highway on Thursday.

According to Edhi volunteers, policemen Fida Hussain and his colleague died after a truck hit their motorcycle in the Lunikot area on the Super Highway.

The bodies were moved to Kotri taluka hospital.

Sajid Ali, a resident of Multan, died and his friends, Shahmir and Jamil Ali, suffered injuries when their car overturned on the Indus Highway at 20 kilometres from Sehwan.

They were taken to the Civil Hospital, Hyderabad, where Sajid died and those injured were admitted.—BoC
