Rain claims nine lives
LANDI KOTAL, Feb 15: Four children and their mother were killed when a room in their house collapsed on Thursday in Jamrud tehsil because of heavy rain.
Local people said the room in the house of Haji Gul at Bakarra village caved in due to heavy rain overnight.
The death toll from rain-related incidents in Khyber Agency this week has reached 14.
KOHAT: An official of Khasadar force of Frontier Region of Kohat, Khan Din of Darra Adamkhel, and his four-year-old son were killed as the roof of their house caved in.
MINGORA: Two teenage brothers were killed and their mother and a younger brother injured when the roof of their house collapsed in Mohallah Jalokhel. The victims were identified as Barkat Khalil and Irfan Khalil.
