KARACHI: Probe ordered


KARACHI, Feb 13: The Sindh education department while taking notice of complaints about the alleged corruption in Government College for Women in Korangi No 6, constituted an inquiry committee.

According to a press release here on Tuesday, the provincial education manager for colleges, Dr Mohammad Ali Shaikh, took notice of numerous complaints from students and established an inquiry committee to be headed by education manager, inspection, Arshad Jamal.

He directed the committee to visit the college and probe into alleged corruption and irregularities in the college affairs and also directed the committee to submit its findings within a week.—Staff Reporter
