Demand for royalty

By Our Correspondent

QUETTA, Feb 9: Opposition leader in the Balochistan Assembly Kachkol Ali Baloch on Thursday warned that if Balochistan was not paid royalty for the Iran-Pakistan-India gas pipeline, no one would be able to guarantee the success of the project.

In a statement issued here, Mr Baloch, who is also a leader of the National Party, claimed that the provincial assembly had recently passed a unanimous resolution on the subject, demanding gas royalty pay-ment to Balochistan government.
