GHALLANAI, Feb 9: Political authorities got freed a resident of Peshawar from the custody of kidnappers in Michni area of Mohmand Agency on Friday.

Officials said Syed Mujahid was kidnapped about one month ago and the kidnappers had demanded Rs1.4 million as ransom from the family. They said Khasadar force besieged a compound in Darokhel village and recovered the hostage after an exchange of fire with kidnappers.
