KARACHI, Feb 6: City Nazim Syed Mustafa Kamal has said different mega development projects of water, sewerage and storm water drainage system in Clifton and Bath Island areas worth more than one billion rupees would be completed in few months. A water pipeline has been laid in Hazara and Jamhooria Colonys in the cantonment board area in which water would be released in next four days.

He said this on Tuesday while inspecting the newly laid water pipeline, the under-construction storm water drain in Bath Island and other ongoing projects. The nazim said that the Haq Parast leadership has initiated uplift projects in every nook and corner of the city including areas located in cantonment boards to resolve issues lingering for the last 50 years.

He pointed out that the city government had introduced for the first time in Pakistan a new technology to lay pre-cast storm water drains as well as working 24 hours work on all ongoing projects.
