19 labourers killed in Mumbai
MUMBAI, Feb 3: At least 19 labourers were crushed to death on Saturday when a wall they were building collapsed near Mumbai, police said.
“We have recovered 19 bodies of people who died when one of the walls of the warehouse suddenly gave way,” said a policeman.
Police have arrested the owner of the warehouse and the contractor who engaged the labourers for the building project, he said.-—AFP
