OKARA, Feb 1: Nearly 6,000 officers and personnel of different law enforcement agencies will be on guard here on Saturday (tomorrow) during President Musharraf’s scheduled address at a public meeting
The venue of the meeting, Zila Council Stadium, is already under siege of law enforcement agencies.
Earlier on Wednesday, all the MNAs, MPAs and district and tehsil nazims lent support to Defence Minister Rao Sikandar Iqbal regarding the public meeting arrangements and the issues of selection of the venue and presentation of welcome address. — Correspondent
