LAHORE, Jan 29: Richard Bell, in charge of the south Asian desk of the US embassy in the UK, and Mike Gapes, British parliament member and foreign affairs committee chairman, will meet Alliance for the Restoration of Democracy chairman Makhdoom Amin Fahim in London on Tuesday.
