Three missiles seized

HANGU, Jan 22: The law-enforcement agencies personnel seized three missiles in the Khol area near the Samana cantonment here on Monday, officials said. Sources said unidentified callers informed military officials at the Samana cantonment that there were some missiles lying near the Khol village in the Daraban union council three kilometres from Hangu.

DSP Hangu Khurshid Anwar said that a bomb disposal squad was sent to the area which defused the missiles. Officials said the missiles were aimed at Hangu city and could have caused significant destruction.
