Islamabad win again

LAHORE, Jan 21: Azhar Mahmood and Rao Iftikhar claimed eight wickets between as Islamabad defeated Lahore Ravi by eight wickets in the Quaid-i-Azam Trophy Silver League match at the LCCA Ground on Sunday.

Azhar, who took five for 33 in the first innings, ended up with four for 75 in the second innings for a match-haul of nine for 108, while Iftikhar finished with four for 92 as Lahore Ravi, who had conceded a first innings lead of 280, were all out for 318 in the second innings.

The only bright spot for them on Sunday was the batting of Adnan Raza, who scored an unbeaten 123 off 230 balls with one six and 18 fours.
