BRISBANE, Jan 20: England batsman Mal Loye on Saturday said he received the worst ever barracking on his One-day International debut on Friday in his team’s game against Australia. Loye, 34, who hit 36 in the Brisbane day-nighter on Friday told BBC Radio Five Live: "I have never been verbally abused like that in my whole life. I can't repeat what they (Australian fans) said. I thought I was a reasonable bloke until yesterday."
Loye's score was the best by an England player in the match, which they lost.—Agencies
