By Our Sports Correspondent

LAHORE, Jan 20: Tipu Salahuddin of the Bahawalpur Golf Club, a six-handicapper maintained his top position with two-day aggregate score of 137 in the 17th Corps Commander golf tournament on Saturday.

Tipu returned a card of 72 at par on the second day against first day’s 65 to maintain the lead.

Three strokes behind to the leader was Hashim Butt of the Lahore Gymkhana.

Hashim was accurate off the tee and crisp of the fairways.
