MIANWALI, Jan 19: The eight-year-old only son of a businessman of Musakhel was kidnapped for ransom on Friday by unidentified car riders while he was on his way home from school some 25 kilometres from here.

Musakhel DSP along with heavy contingent of police cordoned off the area but they did not find any clue to the kidnapped boy or the kidnappers.

Musakhel police station SHO Inspector Zawar confirmed registration of the FIR.

Police said iron merchant Yousaf Chabora was blessed with a son Bilal after seven daughters. When his son, a grade three student of a public school, was on his way home from school, some unidentified car riders kidnapped him.

Eyewitnesses saw the car rushing towards the mountains of Chidroo.

However, the family received no phone call from the kidnappers.

The mountains of Chidroo are a hard area and hideout of criminals. Even police do not dare raid those areas to arrest the criminals.
