KARACHI, Jan 19: Police arrested a man for his involvement in murder of a woman on Friday. Police said Aftab, allegedly involved in murder of a Sarwat Moin, was arrested by Investigation Zone-I, Saddar, while raids for arrest of other nominated murderers including ex-husband of deceased were being made.
According to police, Aftab has confessed that he took part in killing Sarwat Moin, on request of her ex-husband Nazir.
On January 17, 2007, she was going to City Court, when outlaws sprayed her with bullets on the M A Jinnah Road, near Old KMC Building. She died on the spot.—PPI
