HYDERABAD, Jan 18: The Hyderabad Development Authority announced on Thursday that it had cancelled the NOC issued to Fareed Illahi Goth housing scheme for breach of conditions.

A spokesman of HDA planning and development department said that the NOC issued on April 7, 2003 had to be cancelled as the builders had not abided by the conditions mentioned in the NOC.

He said that internal development work had to be completed by March 31, 2005, which had not been completed yet.
