Balochistan bureaucracy reshuffled

QUETTA, Jan 16: The Balochistan government has appointed Khuda Bakhsh Baloch, a member of the Board of Revenue-II, transport secretary. A notification issued on Tuesday said Khuda Bakhsh would continue to hold the additional charge of member of the BoR-II.

Akbar Haleem Shamim, provincial coordination department secretary, has been posted as inspector general, prisons, Balochistan, and his predecessor Abdul Manan Kakar has been asked to report to the S&GAD.

Hafiz Mohammad Tahir, district coordination officer of Qila Abdullah, has been transferred to Kech as the DCO because Kech DCO Ejaz Ahmad Bozdar has gone on leave.

The notification said Mohammad Akbar Lashari, director of levies, Balochistan, had been posted as the DIG, prisons, Balochistan.

Abdur Rashid, assistant secretary, Auqaf department, has been asked to report to the S&GAD. Ali Akbar, EDO of Qila Abdullah, will hold the additional charge of DCO of Qila Abdullah.
