KARACHI: SMI handover opposed

Karachi, Jan 14: Some quarters identifying themselves as ‘well wishers and lovers of the Sindh Madressatul Islam’, have expressed their reservations over the federal government’s decision to hand over the SMI, as well as the Dawood College of Engineering and Technology, to the Sindh government.

Describing it a conspiracy, they have appealed to President Pervez Mushrraf, Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz and Chief Minister Dr Arbab Ghulam Rahim to save the SMI from the conspiracy.—PPI
