KARACHI, Jan 13: Hyderabad’s Rizwan Ahmed struck his second successive century in the Quaid-i-Azam Trophy when he made 119 against Abbottabad in the Silver League fixture at the Niaz Stadium on Saturday.

Rizwan, who scored 102 versus Lahore Ravi in the opening round tie, shared a fourth-wicket partnership of 147 with Shahid Qambrani (87) as the hosts added 118 to their overnight first-innings total of 282 for three.

Abbottabad closed the second day’s play at 168 for four with Adnan Raees (52) and Zafar Jadoon (19) at the crease.
