Missing landlord found dead

SIALKOT, Jan 13: The body of a missing landlord was found hanging in a tube-well engine room at Boobak-Zafarwal village of Shakargarh tehsil on Saturday. The deceased, Muhammad Boota (35), father of two, had gone missing eight days back.

Some village children found the body hanging with a rope from the ceiling of the room when they were playing out in the fields.

Zafarwal police have registered the case without finding any clue to the killer(s) or making any arrest so far.

In a similar incident, the body of a missing local industrialist, Muhammad Hanif, was found in the fields at Majra Kalan, Sambrial, few days ago. He had been strangulated to death by the unidentified killers.

Police concerned are investigating the matter with no arrest(s).

Reports said Muhammad Ishaqe had a monetary dispute with accused Zeeshan.
