KARACHI, Jan 11: Akhtar Ali produced a superb all-round show as Steel Town Gymkhana recorded a massive 136-run win over the RCD Cricket Club in the KCCA-NBP Inter Club Cricket Tournament here on Wednesday at the Airport Stadium.

Akhtar first smashed 101 with the help of 11 fours and later registered a four-wicket haul to give his side a big win.

The other match-winning all-round performance came from Abdur Rehman whose unbeaten 101 and bowling figures of 2-39 gave Korangi Star Cricket Club a thumping seven-wicket victory over Victoria Cricket Club at the Punjab ground.

Rising Star Cricket Club and Landhi Gymkhana were the other teams who secured full points on the same day after winning their matches against Prince Imtiaz Cricket Club and Sadiq Sports respectively.
