KARACHI, Jan 9: A school educational Olympiad meant for school students of Karachi and outstation began here on Tuesday. The competition aims to provide a mix of educational, arts and sports learning under the auspices of Karachi High School.
The competition is meant to promote healthy interaction and competition among the students.
The 8th International Schools Educational Olympiad (ISEO 2007) is an educational meet to promote competition and shared learning among youth across the country. The opening ceremony unveiled the art and cyber fair display. Other competitions held on Tuesday included film making and vocals' qualifying round.
Other competitions at the Olympiad are art, bridge, chess, classical dance, elocution, math and science quiz etc.
