KARACHI, Jan 5: The City Court Police on Friday arrested a man for submitting fake documents to the court. An accused, Azher Hussain alias Mulla Azher, had been arrested by Defence police under section 324/34 PPC and his case was being tried in the court of Additional District Judge-VII South Karachi. His guarantor, Riaz Hussain, had submitted his bail documents to the court which were found fake in an inquiry. Acting upon the court’s order, Riaz Hussain was arrested and a case was registered against him under Sections 420/468/471 PPC.—PPI
