Robbers injure four people

LAHORE, Dec 31: Robbers shot at and injured four people and took away cash and valuables in the city on Sunday.

Reports said armed men intercepted Wasim Ahmad near a store in Garhi Shahu and snatched cash in thousands and a cell phone at gunpoint. They also injured him on resistance.

Robbers snatched cash from Khalid, a labourer, and injured him on resistance near Lohaywali drain in Badami Bagh area when he was on way home from his factory.

Two robbers stopped Muhammad Akeel in Lower Mall area and deprived him of cash and a cell phone, besides injuring him.

Mrs Saleem was intercepted by unidentified people at Bank Stop on Ferozepur Road. They snatched her purse and jewellery and shot at and injured her.
