KARACHI: 50 deprived of vehicles, cellphones

KARACHI, Dec 30: As many as 50 people were deprived of their cellular phones and 18 others of their vehicles in various localities in the city on Saturday.

Police said 28 people complained of having been deprived of their cash, mobile phone and other belongings at gunpoint. Another 22 people reported theft of their cellular phones. They said two cars were taken away at gunpoint and five others stolen. Three motorbikes were taken away at gunpoint and eight others stolen.
