PESHAWAR, Dec 24: Qeemat Shah Khan, a prominent worker of the Khudai Khidmatgaar Tehreek died here on Sunday after a protracted illness. He was 94. He was the grandfather of Dawn’s staff reporter Waseem Ahmad Shah and father of former director National Cooperative Supply Corporation Mohammad Shah and senior PTV producer Syed Masood Ahmad Shah. The deceased was founder of the Cooperative Movement in Peshawar Valley. He was laid to rest in his ancestral graveyard in Pabbi in Nowshera district. His qul will be held at Hujra Mir Ahmad Khan in Pabbi on Tuesday.
