KARACHI: HSC Part-I results announced

KARACHI, Dec 23: The Board of Intermediate Education Karachi on Saturday announced the results of HSC Part I Annual Examination 2006 of Humanities Group (Regular).

According to statistics, 14,013 candidates appeared in the examination and of them 3,924 were declared successful in all the six papers while 3,220 passed five papers.

The number of those who were declared successful in four papers was 2,429 while 1,734 candidates cleared three papers. As many as 1,212 candidates passed two papers while 741 could clear one papers only.

A BIEK announcement said that marks statements would be issued after two weeks.

The marks-sheets of the regular candidates will be sent direct to the college concerned.The BIEK also announced the results of HSC Part I Annual Examination 2006 Humanities (Regular) Special Candidates Group.—APP
