KARACHI, Dec 22: Syed Mohammad Shabbar Zaidi has been nominated as vice-president of the South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA) for the year 2007. A press release issued here on Friday stated that Mr Zaidi was the council member and past president of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). The nomination decision was made at the 63rd SAFA Assembly Meeting at Kathmandu, Nepal held on December 18.
