LAHORE, Dec 18: Ajoka staged its new play ‘Maaoon kay naam’ on Monday at the Alhamra Cultural Complex in collaboration with the Lahore Arts Council. The play was staged to highlight the less addressed issue of high mortality rate.
The play was commissioned to Ajoka by an Islamabad-based NGO working on high mortality rate in the country.
Written by Shahid Nadeem and Madeeha Gauhar, the play was directed by Malik Aslam. —Staff Reporter
